Where can I find cheap travel insurance for children in the UK?

A lot of the sites I have checked require an adult as well. I am 14, need to travel to America, and would like to spend as little money as possible on travel insurance. Linda M: Yeah, I forgot to add something about that. Obviously I would want something with good medical expenses, money for baggage loss, etc. In America, if you don't have insurance and your condition is serious, you're pretty much out of luck regarding money. Thanks for the advice. :)

1. I would try the post office, you cant do it online,but go in and get a leaflet and give them a call, when it comes to insurance cheap is not always best! YOU MUST CHECK THE COVER !!! for the USA you need the highest medical and you also need to check for personal libility is covered , as they sue for everything. Please please do not go for the cheapest quote if you fall ill it is just not worth it and you / your parents could be paying it off for years. Good luck and have safe fun xxxx
2. i would try STA Travel they can provide a comprehensive package and its not the most expensive
3. Try Worldwide Insure. You won't be able buy online but they may be able to insure you if you phone them up.
