What is the best Travel Insurance company to go with if you are going on a working holiday to the U.K?

Im heading over to London, from Australia, going over for a working holiday. Which is the best company to go with, who covers you while you are working overseas? Anyone used world nomads or Aussie Traveller? any other reccomendations?
